The Home Buyer Concession Scheme is an ACT stamp duty concession that aims to assist home buyers purchase a residential home or vacant land. To receive the stamp duty concession, you must lodge your Home Buyer Concession Scheme within 90 days of the grant, transfer or agreement to transfer (whichever occurs first).

Income Threshold Amount
To be eligible for a duty concession, the combined total income of all applicants and their domestic partner/s must be less than or equal to the relevant income threshold as follows:
